If it is a multi-span greenhouse, pay attention to the joint between the ground film and the greenhouse structure to ensure that the ground film will not affect the ventilation, drainage and other functions of the greenhouse.
There are many irrigation methods that can be combined with mulching. One is drip irrigation, where drip irrigation pipes are laid under the mulch, and water drips slowly into the soil through the drippers. This method can accurately deliver water to the roots of crops, reduce water evaporation, and improve irrigation efficiency. Another is infiltration irrigation, where infiltration pipes are buried underground to allow water to penetrate into the soil through small holes in the pipe wall, but this method is relatively expensive. If furrow irrigation is used, appropriate openings need to be made in the mulch to allow water to flow into the furrows. After irrigation, the openings should be closed in time to reduce water loss.
